Flexible Rate Reservation Payment /Deposits: The total amount of the reservation will be charged thirteen (13) days before the arrival date. Cancellation: Flexible rate cancellations or changes up to fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date there is no penalty charged. If canceled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged without the right of refund.
Non-Refundable Rate Reservation Payment /Deposits: The total amount of the reservation will be charged any time after the reservation is made. Cancellation: In the Non-Refundable rate it is not possible to make changes in the reservation, in case of cancellation or no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged, without the right to a refund.
Identification: In order to check-in the apartment it is mandatory to present an identity document with photo of all occupants, including children. Eg: (citizen's card or passport).
Payment: We inform you that any outstanding payments related to your reservation will have to be made at the time of entry. It is expressly mandatory to present the same credit card used to make and pay your reservation.
Apartment Security Deposit: A valid credit card or a cash deposit of 200€ per apartment is required on the day of arrival. The cash deposit will be returned at the end of the stay if there are no damages / breakages in the apartment.
Reception Hours: Open 24 hours.
Check-In Time: The check-in time of the apartment is after 16:00H if the apartment is clean and available.
Check-Out Time: The Check-out time of the apartment is until 11:00H. If the check-out time is not fulfilled, the total amount of an extra night will be charged, up to a maximum of 500€.
Snack-Bar Schedule: From 01 October to 30 April the snack bar is closed. From 01 May to 30 September, the Snack Bar hours are from 10: 00H until 20: 00H. The Snack Bar is open all year from 08: 00H until 10: 00H only for breakfast service.
Pool Hours: 09:00H until 20:00H. For your safety and other guests it is strictly forbidden to use glass objects in the pool area. Read carefully the rules of use the swimming pool, which is at the entrance of the pool. Do not use the white towels of the apartment by the pool.
Pool Towels: Towels are provided for use in the pool during your stay, for an extra daily charge. (SEE EXTRA SERVICES).
Cleaning of the Apartment: The cleaning service is included only for reservations with a minimum stay of 5 (five) nights, cleaning is always carried out on the 3rd and 7th day after the day of entry. The cleaning of the apartment can be done daily, has an extra daily cost. (SEE EXTRA SERVICES)
Change of Towels: The towel exchange service is included only for bookings with a minimum stay of five (5) nights, towel exchange is always carried out at 3rd and 7th days after the day of entry. The change of towels can be made daily, has an extra daily cost. (SEE EXTRA SERVICES)
Sheets Exchange: The linen exchange service is included only for bookings with a minimum stay of five (5) nights, the change of sheets is always carried out at the 7th day after the day of entry and consecutively. The change of towels can be made daily, has an extra daily cost. (SEE EXTRA SERVICES)
Apartment Occupancy: Only persons who are registered and included in the reservation are allowed to sleep and to remain inside the apartment. If the occupancy exceeds the number of people booked, there is an extra charge per person / night. (SEE EXTRA SERVICES)
Apartment Key: At check-in will only be handed a key to the apartment. During the stay the key of the apartment is the responsibility of the client. In case of loss or loss of the key will cost 50€. We warn you never to leave the key in the inner lock of the apartment, because it will be stuck, not being able to open the door of the apartment outside. In case the client has to pay the sum of 50€, to travel the technician to reopen the door. Trainer's shift for opening the door between 20:00H and 08:00H will have an additional cost of 50€.
Hair Dryer: Free Service. Available at the reception, with a security deposit of 10€, security deposit will be returned when you deliver the dryer.
Internet Wi-Fi: Guests have access to wireless internet, please request at the Reception a password to login.
Equipment in the Apartment: All the equipment and utensils in the apartment are to use and thus guarantee a complete stay, so we appreciate that they be used with common sense. The wooden furniture can not be placed outside (eg balcony) with the risk of being damaged by the sun or humidity. In case of damage, something disappears inside the apartment during your stay will be charged. Even after leaving, if an anomaly is detected in the apartment, it will be charged.
Daily Cleaning: 20€ per apartment / per day, includes daily cleaning of your apartment and change of towels, does not include dishwashing or changing sheets.
Extra Change of Towels (Bath, Face and Bidet): 5€ per day, per person.
Extra Change of Sheets: 5€ per day, per person.
Pool Towels: It has a daily cost of 1€ per day and is to be used during your stay. If you want to change towels in the middle of your stay, it costs 5€. You must leave a deposit of 10€.
Cots (0-2 years): Only one child per apartment will be accommodated (in cots) free of charge. Second child will have to pay the supplement of 10€ per night per child.
Extra Beds Child (3 to 12 years old): 10€ per night, per person.
Extra Bed Adults: 20€ per night, per person.
Garage: 5€ per night / per car. Deposit of 20€. Deposit will be returned when returning key from safe.
Safes: 2€ per night + Deposit of 20€. Deposit will be returned when returning key from safe.
Second Key of the Apartment: 5€ per night + Deposit of 25€. Deposit will be returned when return key. The plate will not be delivered to switch on the electricity.
We do not accept pets.
We are not responsible for valuables left inside the apartments or common areas. Their custody is the responsibility of the client. Forgotten / left objects are stored for 90 days. Toiletries or food products are destroyed immediately.
We are not responsible for any damages caused to vehicles of customers stationed outside the establishment. We inform you that the values and services presented are only valid for reservations made by the website, reservations made by other operators are governed by the contractual conditions of that same operator.
We are not responsible for erroneous or misleading information provided by travel agents, operators and others as a way of selling, we advise customers to contact the hotel for information before booking.
These same conditions can be changed without prior notice.
